If you need someone to run to the court house, to a city/parish department or to the Louisiana Secretary of State? Well, you have come to the right place. Secretary of State Service
Do you need something filed and perhaps expedited with the Secretary of State Office? Whether it’s filing new Articles of Incorporation/Organization or requesting a Certificate of Good Standing, you can count on us. We can handle ALL Secretary of State Filings, and can generally have your documents printed and submitted to the Secretary of State utilizing same day service.
Court Research and Copy Assignments
In addition to filing your documents, Assigned Signers can also help you with court research and copy assignments when you don’t have time to do it yourself. Our experienced staff can search the court index/docket for specific pleadings, case statuses and more.
Document Recording and Retrieval
Assigned Signers makes daily trips to the USDC Middle District of Louisiana, 19th Judicial District Court, The Family Court of East Baton Rouge Parish, West Baton Rouge Clerk of Court, and Baton Rouge City Court. Instead of waiting for filed/recorded documents to be mailed to you, which can take as long as 6 weeks, we will complete the process for you utilizing same day service in most cases. Upon completion, we obtain a confirmation instrument number and/or copy to return.
